Acknowledgment. Your continued use of https://kjvcleaningservices.com constitutes acceptance of these Terms. KJV Cleaning Services reserves the right to deny service to anyone who does not accept them.

Service Description. This Site describes Move-In Cleaning, Move-Out Cleaning, Deep Cleaning, Apartment Cleaning, Maid Service provided by KJV Cleaning Services. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.

Your Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, to keep account credentials secure, and to comply with applicable laws when using the Site.

Prohibited Conduct. You will not: violate any law, disrupt Site operation, gain unauthorized access, harvest data, transmit malware, or impersonate any person or entity.

Ownership. KJV Cleaning Services (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.

Charges. All service fees are agreed in writing in advance. Your service agreement specifies payment schedules and any refund provisions.

Suspension. Site access may be suspended or terminated for any reason, including violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice.

No Warranties. KJV Cleaning Services disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.

Damages. KJV Cleaning Services is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Aggregate liability shall not exceed amounts you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

Hold Harmless. You will indemnify KJV Cleaning Services against losses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of CA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in CA.

Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
